Patch Testing
A patch test for is required for the following treatments; brow tint, brow lamination, lash lift, lash tint and eyelash extensions. This must be carried out 48 hours or more prior to the treatment to check the product suitability.
Deposits
We kindly request a £10 non-refundable deposit for any treatment appointment. The deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total balance on the day of your treatment. Your appointment is important to us, please note that if an appointment is not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another booking. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellations
At Southwick Beauty Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. help us manage our schedule effectively, we kindly request a £10 non-refundable deposit for any treatment appointment. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is not attended or cancelled outside of the specified time frames. The deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total balance on the day of your treatment. Thank you for your understanding!
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you enjoy the full duration and respect the schedules of other clients. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed, but please note that this may lead to adjustments in your treatment. Arriving later than this may require you to reschedule and forfeit your deposit. Thank you for your understanding!
Illness / Covid 19
Please refrain from attending your appointment if you are feeling unwell. It's important to notify Southwick Beauty Studio as soon as possible so we can efficiently reschedule your visit. This measure helps prevent the spread of germs to myself and other clients, allowing me to manage my work effectively. Thank you for your understanding!
