Hello! I'm Emma,

I am a friendly, dedicated beauty professional with 15 years of experience in the health beauty industry. I absolutely love what I do. My successful business is my full time job, along with being a mum to my 2 boys (3 if you include my husband!)

​

Before I started my beauty career, I had a various office jobs, which I enjoyed, but I always knew I wanted to do something that I was passionate about...

​

I took the plunge and enrolled in a specialised beauty college to study and train in Beauty Therapy, where I successfully passed all my qualifications!

​

My journey began as a mobile therapist when I launched my business, 'Sotheran's Secrets.' I absolutely loved my new career. I'd carry all of my equipment to clients houses which was fun, but gosh, was it hard (especially taking everything up mega flights of stairs!) Travelling around took up my time and availability. So, I hung up my office shoes and transitioned full time and set up my own beauty rooms in my previous residences in Southwick and Lancing. It was amazing to be able to have a permanent space to work from and my clients loved visiting my beauty room.

I love meeting new people and creating the important bond between client and therapist. My clients range from the ages of 18 - 86! I tailor all of my treatments to everyone's individual needs. (Just to note-I do ask for parental consent for any treatments on anyone under the age of 18 years old.)

​

When I'm not working, my favourite thing to do is spend time with my boys. We love camping, going for walks (me chasing behind them on their scooters and bikes!) and seeing our friends and family. As hectic as our little life can feel at times with the house work and never ending 'To do lists'...I love to have fun and find positives in each day.

​My passion has always been to help my clients look and feel their best while enhancing their natural beauty. One of my all time favourite quotes is by Marilyn Monroe;
